Not functional and very disappointing.Update: Without prompting, the company fully refunded the unit without requiring a return. They suggested holding the power button for 5 seconds as a troubleshoot; while this was not a solution to this particular problem (unit would not hold a charge), I suggest trying this to anyone else having issues powering the unit on. Gave an additional star for the stellar customer service, but unfortunately, the product never worked for me.Further update: The seller sent another unit free of charge. I have not used it long enough to see dramatic effects, but the product does all that it promises. Wonderful seller with great customer service.

It automatically turns off after 5 minutes as per the manual.Like many others, I thought my product was broken but you just have to hold the power button down longer. Not my favorite, but I get it.I've been using this 2-3 times a week for almost a month and haven't had to re-charge it yet. It is magical at pushing out blackheads etc, my skin is the best its been in a long time. This is like having an at-home facial. I've also noticed my skin is more glowy after I use it to put on my serum etc.The only complaint is that the options (cleaning, ion+, etc) aren't in the order of the cleaning regimen so it takes a lot of time and reading the manual over and over to figure out which is which. It's basically just not the most user-friendly design, but considering the cost I can overlook that.The other thing about this tool (and any tool like this one) is the noise is really painful if you try to clean around the eyebrows or upper nose.I'm really happy with this purchase. This will save me a LOT of money on blackhead products and facials.
